A warm hello from the Andersen's. I wanted to give everyone an update & share my new recipe.
Easy Hawaiian Chicken:
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot jam or (apricot pineapple)
1 (8 oz.) jar Russian Salad dressing (wish-bone)
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
6-8 boneless skinless chicken breasts (I use thighs)
Mix it all together to form a sauce then pour over chicken in
a 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for 1 hour, or until tender. Serve with rice or
potatoes. Use extra sauce as a gravy. Can also do in crockpot on high
for 4-6 hours. Enjoy!!
Now for the cute pictures of your favorite grandson and nephew! I lost the pictures off my camera of Kade being a little chef, falling in the toilet, folding his arms and lots of other cute ones, oh well, I still have a million more. So basically he is still the king of the porcelain throne and master at making messes! Everywhere he goes he has to take his blankets. that's right not 1 but ALL of them! And usually Boose (the moose), Whiffer and Elmo. He is talking a ton and is so curious! Mike is doing well in school, He says this is by far the hardest semester and I probably see him a total of 2 hours each day. I did manage to squeeze an hour out of his Friday nights & signed us up for Ballroom dancing classes! Sweet huh!! Besides school, church and Mom/Wife I stay very busy. I used to think that stay at home mom's did nothing all day. Isn't that funny! Well, we would LOVE visitors! Looking forward to those boys getting A's so we can have some company. I hope you all aren't frozen to the ground, just know I am thinking about you as I sweat my brains out during my morning jog and trying not to get a sunburn, then coming home and jumping in the pool with Pretty Ricky! We Love and miss you all! Mike, Britt & Kade
All 8 of his blankets & Whiff & Boose
Does this remind you of someone we know? Chasing every animal he sees..He must have learned that from an Uncle!
Wouldn't sit in it when he was a baby, but after the neighbor dropped it by because her little boys is done with it, he jumped right in.
LOVES the shower. Anytime. Cries outside the door 'til you let him in or he jumps in by himself.
Orlando Temple. One of my favorites! so Beautiful!
